Registration and Payment

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all training programs.  Please review the details for the training offering that you are interested in for specific information.

Vaccinations

Proof of current vaccinations including Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella, must be provided to participate in any training offering.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites vary based on the training offering.  Please review the details for the training offering that you are interested in for specific information.  If you have any questions about whether or not you meet the prequisites, please speak with our trainer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best scheduling availability to our customers on a consistent basis.  As such, cancelled appointments and class enrollment withdrawals may impact availability and class offerings for others.  Please review the following guidelines for refunds and cancellations relating to all training appointments and training classes at the Barkwood Inn. 

•  If you cancel a training appointment or withdraw from a training class 36 hours prior to the start date/time, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel a training appointment or withdraw from a training class less than 36 hours prior to the start date/time, there is a $50 cancellation fee.  
• No refunds will be issued after training lessons or a group training class begins.
• Our returned check fee is $30.
