Submit proof of vaccination via fax, mail or in person. Canine Guests must have current Bordetella, DHLPP and Rabies. Feline Guests must have current FVRCP and Rabies. This information must be submitted prior to check in. We cannot accept Guests into the Resort without proof of current/required vaccinations. It is of utmost importance that your pet has been given the required vaccinations at least 72 hours prior to check in. Please be advised that many veterinarians will only give the Bordetella vaccine if requested, therefore, you may need to make an appointment with your veterinarian to receive this required vaccine.

Client Agreement and Pet Guest Profile forms dated within the past 12 months
Overnight Guest Check in form completed
Your Pets meals for his/her entire stay (measured out and placed in individual Ziploc Baggies, labeled with your Pets name)
Any medications to be administered by the Resort Staff during your Pets stay must be placed in a baggie or container labeled with the medication name, dosing instructions and Pets name.
All Canine Guests must arrive on leash and all Feline Guests in approved pet carriers.
